With over 25 years of experience in real estate and entrepreneurship, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the Abrams team. Growing up in Pepper Pike, Ohio, he has been immersed in the real estate world alongside his father, Ian, and brother, Shaw. Greg's diverse background includes ventures in industrial real estate, intermodal transportation, scrap metals, and the successful development and sale of Force Sports in 2022.
Now a licensed residential real estate agent, Greg leverages his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic insight to help clients find their dream homes. He is passionate about design and enjoys transforming houses into personalized living spaces.

Interests: Soccer, pickleball, spending time with his wife in Orange, Ohio.

Shaw brings over 25 years of experience in industrial and residential real estate to the Abrams team. He has a proven track record in small business management and operations, with expertise in leadership, sales, and property management. Shaw is passionate about building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment. His experience as a principal, property manager, and licensed real estate agent in both Ohio and Florida provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.

Interests: Youth and professional soccer, fitness, spending time with his wife, Allyson, and their three sons.

A recent graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate, Joey is the newest addition to the Abrams team. Growing up in Pepper Pike, he was immersed in the family's real estate business, fostering a passion for the industry from a young age. Joey's hands-on experience in general contracting and project management allows him to excel at overseeing projects from conception to completion. He enjoys the creative aspects of real estate and building relationships with clients and colleagues.
